What products can I order from my photos?
You can buy any of the items in our price list.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are typical. there is no huge handling fee.

What kind of paper is used for prints?
All prints are reproduced on high quality professional paper.

How long does it take to get my prints?
Your items will be printed as quickly as possible. Shipping times depends on the number of orders we have. Typically items are shipped within 1-2 days.

What can I add to my gallery?
We ask that galleries contain no adult images, unless the area is password protected, or copyrighted material that you
do not hold the rights to.We reserve the right to removed any images we deem questionable.

See other video. Can I post my own videos?
We allow special occasion video, but it must be preaproved by management since it requires special handling.

In the menu what is "Purchase Options"?
That is used only for video and select items. The gallery header will indicate if that options is available.

Do you print the images yourself?
Not at this time. The bulk of the items are printed through another company that you will be transferred to in the final stages of your transaction. Tile's 'N' T's will print and ship special orders. You must contact us for this.

Can I put my wedding photos in a gallery?
Many professional photographers retain rights to wedding photos and will not permit you to print the pictures. You can ask for special permission or buy the rights to your photos. If you had a friend or family member take the photos then you are probably free to share them here with family and friends.

Can I get a group rate for my family reunion pictures?
Contact us. We give group rates on an individual basis.

Do you have discount coupons?
Yes.

Can I buy discount coupons to give out to friends for my gallery ?
Since a coupon applies to any purchase it makes it difficult to do that. If you want to have an event with special pricing we can move your photos to a special area where your event will have its own prices. Contact for details.

What is an event?
An event any is group of photos. Typically its any photos we take. We can set up special events and pricing using your photos, as mentioned above.

Can anyone create a private gallery?
Yes

Who can enter private galleries?
Only the people you give the password to and TNT administrator(s). We care about your privacy.

What is team karaoke?
Its a special event in which people are offered a discount rate. If you participated in this event, or would like to purchase photos, email tc@tilesnts.com

Why are photos more expensive in the Gallery?
Prices are based on events. The Gallery will have the highest price possible. Ask for discount coupons.

Where can I buy the videos?
Videos are only available on disk for now. The videos online are low quality and for viewing only. If you would like your video in MPEG format, let us know.

What rights do I have to the photos I download?
For digital images you have the right to use them on a website, but most no use them in anyway they may defame the objects or persons in the photos. If you wish to use photos in print email for pricing and permission. All photos, prints and video reamain the property of Tiles 'N' T's
